Preferably in FL, but anywhere would do I suppose to cover the basics. Looking for a copy of what you are currently using as your rental contract these days? Finally got around to fixing up the old house and have renters lined up but need to iron out a contract/agreement to use. Already working on moving the house deed to an LLC for liability reasons, but any help would be appreciated.

google it..seriously..i owned a duplex in stuart and found one online..or you can go to office max,staples,or any of the office supply stores..they have all kinds of contracts,ready to purchase..hope it halps..and good luck
