$4200 invested, forged pistons, H beams with ARP 2000 bolts, and a SCAT cast crank which is my weakest point and its rated to 600hp and many argue thats a very conservitive number. Should easily make over 400 at the crank and will handle a 200 pill all day long
You got me on the gas mileage and huge cam though...Thats all my car lacks, the cam is good sized and the gas mileage is TEH SUCK! But man o man when I save up more fund for a blue thru set-up this thing is gonna MOVE!

-sweat, thanks for that info I wasn't sure it it would bolt up or not. That will deff get me by until I have enough for the c4.
-wicked, I already have alot of that misc stuff from that 302 that I tore apart. Pretty much all I need is intake, carb, internals and heads.
if you cant race it or take it to bed, theres no point in having it
Got my C4 for $200 delivered...Shifter, trans cooler for another $250, SFI flex plate from ebay for $60...All i need is a stall which im going to custom order. Then a 500hp rebuild kit from broaderperformance.com and im in business! I will have about $900 in just the trans, then another $350 in the stall.
Here is a good fact sheet about them, the C4 you want is the 157tooth or small bell housing model that was made after 1971...Mine is a 73 small bell housing.
